Thesis brain switching off in 5…4…3…2…

I have a meeting with my supervisor in 5 minutes.
Upon the conclusion of this meeting, my thesis brain will officially be switched off until February 16, 2009. I’ve emailed all 3 of my supervisors a chapter and a third — about 15,000 words — and I don’t want to think about any of them again until I return. And I’ve organised everything so that I’ll be able to step right back into it post-Clarion. Yahooooooo!
And I’ve also organised a brunch with some friends after Christmas — brunch on a Tuesday: how decadent.
All is well.
Oooh, and I borrowed the teeniest laptop from the Faculty today to bring up to Brisneyland. Yay for computer access.
OK, gotta go. Brain broken now and supervisor awaits.
