Seriously, I am a great believer in signs – it’s a little known fact that the explosion of a tea bag heralded the Fall of the Roman Empire. People ignored the sign when they should have gone back to bed and started the next day over.
Who am I to argue against such powerful forces? And considering I have only managed to delete some of the work I did yesterday, drawing myself further and further away from my 1,000 word goal, the thought of chucking it in and starting fresh tomorrow has a certain appeal to it.
